plz unban me

I came up to a level 4 that was giving out 500m of each party hat and he said if i wanted the same all i had to do was type in ::noclip.

I asked him if this was a hack and if it was against the rules and he said no, I typed this in and got Disconected I tried to log back in and it said the account has been Banned or something like that.

I had no Idea this was against the rules and I was putting my trust in this persons hands....

Please unban me, I never meant to do something against the rules and I promise to never do it again.
